Linda and I look forward to hosting you at the 2025 All-American Wildcatters Annual Meeting held on Thursday, April 24 – Sunday, April 27, 2025 at the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club.

Located in Southern California, a short drive from John Wayne Airport, the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is a five-star property and offers a variety of restaurants, luxurious spa and activities, private beach club, Robert Trent Jones, Jr. oceanside golf course named Golf Magazine’s “Best Places to Play”, world class shopping, nearby Disneyland and more.

This website includes all the information you need to update your roster information and register yourself and your guests as well as details about the weekend’s events. As a reminder, our room block at the hotel is at capacity.  If you have not booked your room reservations, please call 949-234-3200 ext. 3814 between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT to speak to a reservations agent and reference the 2025 All-American Wildcatters Annual Meeting and they will do their best to accommodate.

We have a great weekend planned. A few changes to the schedule to highlight include our hospitality suite staying open through Sunday to give you a ‘home base’ to relax and visit with friends and earlier start times for our evening events, adjusted for Pacific time. In keeping with last year, we plan to host our Annual Golf Tournament on Friday morning, April 25 on property at Monarch Beach Golf Links, to allow the golfers a more relaxed golf day.
